Maria Koutsafti, with studies in Greece, America and England in Counseling Psychology and Master Trainer in the Certified Programs GCDF, MHF, Supervision by NBCC, USA, has 35-year experience in Career Management Counseling and Development.

Founder & CEO of Career Associates (www.careerassociates.gr) since 1991. Head of the S.T.E.P. Department of Doukas Schools since 1993 and since 2009 Director of NBCC Greece - National Board for Certified Counselors Greece (www.nbcc-greece.gr)

Founding member of the Hellenic Consulting Society, member of the Board of Directors of ELESYP and a member of many other scientific associations and consulting companies in Greece and abroad.

She has participated as a Scientific Coordinator in many research and studies in Greece and Europe, such as the Establishment of the National Center for Vocational Guidance (EKEP) (1997), the writing of the Post-Secondary Studies Guide for the Pedagogical Institute (2000), the Elaboration of the Professional Outline of the Career Counsellor of EOPPEP in collaboration with SEV (2013). She has served as the National Representative of the Ministry of Education for Brussels in the LEONARDO DA VINCI program, during the years 1997-1999. She has implemented many specialized seminars, and presentations to bodies of the wider Public & Private sector.

She has written and edited 4 books:

• "The Penguin Careers Guide" (2012) Professions Guide
• “Study Guide” (2011) Greece-Europe-America. Postgraduate-Vocational and Academic Programs

While in collaboration with the company Evalion-SHL Greece, she has developed the electronic Professions’ Platform  (https://career-paths.gr) based on the book of the same name "Professions Guide: A Bridge to the Modern World of Work"

Angeliki Houya is a Psychologist and Family Therapist with basic studies in Greece and postgraduate studies in the UK, in Counseling Psychology (Keele University) and in Marital and Family Therapy (Birkbeck College, University of London).

She is a Global Career Development Facilitator Trainer and Certified Supervisor Program Trainer by the National Board for Certified Counsellors-International.

She has been running a private office since 1992 and for about 15 years she was the Director of the Training Center in Counseling.

Since 2025, she is co-partner for the implementation of a training program on Mental Trauma in her private office (www.traumatraining.gr)

Since 1995 she has been a permanent associate of the non-profit company "Vocational Guidance & Educational Consultants - Career Associates".

She is a founding member of the Hellenic Consulting Society, where she served as secretary and vice president.

She holds the European Certificate in Counselling and has a state license to practice as a Psychologist. She has taught numerous seminars and training programs in the fields of Counseling, Mental Health, Supervision and Career Counseling.

Since 2009 she has been the Deputy Director of NBCC-Greece (www.nbcc-greece.gr).
