Presentation of NBCC Greece

NBCC Greece is the Greek branch of NBCC since 2009. It has an educational and coordinating role, considering the internationally established terms, concepts and principles of counseling, in combination with national and cultural factors.

NBCC Greece develops partnerships with educational institutions, governmental and non-governmental organizations, as well as with businesses, with the aim of developing and supporting counseling in Greece.

NBCC Greece is represented by Career Associates, which has been active for more than 35 years in the field of career management consulting, having collaborated with many public and private bodies and educational institutions.

NBCC Greece is supported by a team of experienced professionals with expertise in consulting, education, and career development. The members of the team actively contribute to the formulation and implementation of the organization's actions, strengthening the connection of scientific knowledge with practical application.

Purpose of
NBCC Greece

The purpose of NBCC Greece is to comply with the code of ethics and quality standards, that govern the proper practice of counseling and are a key priority to be implemented through specialized certified training programs.

More specifically, NBCC Greece:

  • promotes the GCDF (Global Career Development Facilitator) training program in different professional areas, such as businesses, educational institutions, ministries and organizations, considering the local, European and global needs of the labor market
  • collaborates with educational institutions, professional organizations, public bodies and non-profit organizations, for the development of counseling in Greece

Career Associates supports the development and implementation of NBCC Greece's activities in Greece.

Through this collaboration, the NBCC Certified Programs are implemented in Greece.
